The hotel offered two key amenities that made my new year experience fantastic. the beautiful balcony provided breathtaking views of the surrounding scenery, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. the availability of piping hot water was a great feature, especially during the chilly winter season. the hotel's prime location in the heart of the city made it convenient to explore nearby attractions and experience the local culture. All in all, these aspects added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

To be honest, I couldn't find any negative aspects during my new year stay at the hotel. Everything was well-maintained and the staff was helpful and friendly.

I would have appreciated if the children working there could have been more attentive and helpful to the needs of senior guests.

I always go back to this place. Staff helped print my tickets at my first stay. Perfect for me with Wi-Fi, kettle, restaurant, lift, game room, and 24-hour reception. Excited to come back for New Year. No regrets.

The hostel is a true backpacker's paradise, with a diverse mix of travelers from all walks of life. The rooms are cleaned daily and have 24*7 hot and cold water. The on-site café serves delicious food and has a friendly owner. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main road and close to restaurants and shops. Staff are polite and helpful, providing information about activities and places to visit in the area. The atmosphere in the hostel is vibrant and the outdoor space is well-designed.

Loved the evening tea, felt so posh. Safety features were on point, I'm always looking out for fire extinguishers and smoke detectors. The property arranged fun activities like cafe hops and snow fights, just what I needed for a good time. Staff provided great service and the property had beautiful views of Jogani Falls and Bhrigu Lake.

Ugh, I hate when there are desks and daily housekeeping, who needs that? And don't even get me started on the free wireless internet, so inconvenient.

This hostel is perfectly situated by the river, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and shops. It offers a breathtaking view of the beautiful valley. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with curtains for privacy. The staff is attentive and goes above and beyond to assist guests, even providing first aid when needed. The hostel also organizes fun activities, such as bonfires and parties, creating a lively atmosphere.

One minor downside is that smoking is allowed in the common areas, making it less ideal for non-smokers who prefer a smoke-free environment.

Our stay at Moustache was exceptional. The property's prime location made it convenient for exploring the town. The bunk beds were affordable and the staff was amazing and cooperative. The in-house cafe served the best and cheapest food compared to other hostels in town.

The only drawback was that the dorm bathrooms could have been more hygienic, and the common area could have been better maintained.

I stayed at Moustache in Manali for a week and it was perfect for my backpacking adventure. The hostel had a friendly and inclusive atmosphere, thanks to the amazing host GT. The staff were helpful and generous, and the reception provided great information about local activities. The location was convenient, with easy access to the Old Manali area. The hostel also had a beautiful outdoor space and a delicious cafe. Moustache provided a comfortable and welcoming experience.

Would recommend this hotel.
